We’re excited to announce that Draft & Flow Community Cycle Workshop is now offering a recycling service for bike tyres and inner tubes! As part of our commitment to reducing waste and promoting sustainable cycling, we strive to reuse old tyres and tubes whenever possible. However, when replacements are necessary, we’ve partnered with Velorim to ensure your old tyres and tubes are recycled instead of ending up in landfills.

If you have new tyres or tubes fitted by us, we’ll recycle the old ones free of charge. If you’d simply like to drop off old tyres or tubes for recycling, we’ve got you covered too! The cost is £0.50 per tube and £1.00 per tyre, which helps cover transport to the recycling centre.

For those interested in using old tyres and tubes for personal projects, we also offer the option to pick some up from the workshop. It’s a great way to give them a second life while reducing waste.
